You ensure our applications remain stable, user-friendly and future-proof. You will support users, analyse issues and collaborate with suppliers and colleagues to implement improvements. This role offers plenty of opportunities to optimize processes and further professionalize functional application management. - You manage and improve applications such as PoultrySoft, Plukonnect, SmartWE and future ERP solutions, ensuring they support business processes effectively; - You act as the primary contact for complex functional issues, analyse root causes and work with users and software vendors to find suitable solutions; - You collaborate closely with key users, software suppliers and IT partners to implement new functionalities, system improvements and changes; - You test new releases and system updates, create test scenarios and safeguard the quality and continuity of applications; - You develop and maintain user guides, work instructions and documentation to support efficient system adoption and usage.
