For its Dutch operation, the company is looking for an experienced General Manager who can further strengthen the local organisation. The Dutch site consists of approximately 35-40 employees and includes production, customer service and team development. The organisation expects further growth in revenue, activities and headcount in the coming years. Main goal of the position The main objective is to assume full local responsibility for the Dutch organisation. In the first year, the emphasis will be on visible operational leadership, guiding change, strengthening operational excellence and further developing teams in line with the significant growth in the facility's manufacturing output. The position As General Manager Netherlands, you will be responsible for the full operational management of the Dutch site, including production, customer service and team development. The role includes full P&L responsibility and requires strong operational and business insight.
