• Head of Business For one of our international clients, a Nordic technology-services company, we are searching for a; Head of Business in Netherlands As Head of Business in the Netherlands, your main responsibility is to lead and develop our clients business in the Netherlands with full responsibility for its people, deliveries and operation. Currently, the business unit consists of appr. 70 people, with an objective of growing it significantly during the next years. In this role you will be a member of the global Management Team and reporting to SVP. The location is Eindhoven. Your responsibilities People Management: Direct leadership of Department and Team Managers and a total organization of approximately 70 people in the Netherlands. Employee satisfaction and engagement as well as competence development and performance management. Profit & loss responsibility, including meeting agreed growth and profitability objectives and reporting, forecasting and budgeting. Strong revenue growth contribution according to BU's targets. Demonstrating growth attitude to the whole organization Managing service deliveries to meet quality and budget targets and customer satisfaction requirements. Being a key participant of a BU management team; making and driving BU's business decisions and success. Strategy and business planning for the BU as well as for our client's growth areas. Reporting Relationships In this role, you report to the SVP and you are part of his global management team. Our client has 2 branches in the Netherlands, one in Eindhoven and other one in Amersfoort and each branch has a Branch manager, both reporting to this role directly (they have team managers underneath).
