Vacancy number: V-20066824 - Veghel - HR - HBO - Detachering via YER The position As Interim Head of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for ensuring continuity and stability within the global Learning function while leading an internationally dispersed team across the Netherlands, India and the US. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading, stabilizing and engaging the global Learning team during a period of organizational change - Ensuring continuity of business-as-usual learning delivery across the organization - Driving strategic HR and people-related programs where Learning plays a leading or supporting role - Supporting organizational transformation initiatives, including acquisition integration and carve-out activities - Leading preparations for a potential Learning Management System (LMS) transition, including due diligence and business case development - Strengthening data quality, reporting capabilities, cost transparency and AI-related initiatives within the Learning function - Delivering quick wins and continuous improvements that create measurable business impact - Managing stakeholders across multiple countries and functions to ensure successful execution of key priorities - Traveling internationally when required, including at least one visit to India This is an operational and strategic leadership assignment focused on execution, continuity and business impact.
