Insulation Cladding Specialist

We are looking for an insulation cladding installer (insulation sheet metal installer). Experience required. Work tasks: JOB TASKS Installation of pipe insulation sheet metal covers - straight pipe covers, segment elbows, end covers and valve boxes (aluminum, galvanized and stainless sheet metal) Taking measurements on site and matching details to the pipeline Fixing cover sheets - screw, rivet and tape fastenings, sealing joints if necessary Minor adjustments to details on site (cutting, edge finishing) Compliance with work quality and occupational safety requirements Work takes place on sites in Paldiski and Rotterdam (offshore vessel); employees are on assignment. Other requirements: REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE Proven work experience in insulation sheet metal covers, sheet metal or ventilation work Previous work experience as an insulator or sheet metal worker, including on sites in foreign countries, is a big plus Ability to read drawings and work independently Willingness to travel; starting work in October 2026 Estonian, Russian, Finnish or English language skills at a communication level. Accuracy and a sense of quality in finishing work; conscientiousness and independence - work is carried out on site without direct supervision; good physical shape (working at heights and in narrow spaces); teamwork skills in an international team; willingness to complete the safety training required on site and, if necessary, a health check.
