During this internship or graduation project, you will join the DaVinci Engineering team to explore, develop, and implement AI solutions that improve engineering productivity across Vanderlande. Working closely with engineers and AI experts, you will identify opportunities where AI can add value by reducing repetitive tasks, streamlining workflows, and supporting daily engineering activities. As part of the assignment, you will interview and observe engineers to gain insight into their work patterns, challenges, and opportunities for AI support. Based on your findings, you will analyze engineering activities and develop a framework that links different types of work to suitable AI solutions. Together with the engineering team, you will design, pilot, and implement at least five AI use cases, evaluate their adoption and impact on productivity, and provide recommendations for scaling successful solutions across other engineering teams within Vanderlande.
