Core responsibilities - Build and maintain financial models (e.g., DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, LBO, merger models). - Conduct company, industry, and market research; synthesize insights for client recommendations. - Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and other marketing materials. - Support due diligence, data room management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (legal, accounting, investors). - Analyze financial statements, business plans, and key performance indicators to assess value and risks. - Assist in transaction process management, including timelines, workstreams, and documentation. Required skills and qualifications - Degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field; strong academic record. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create clear, client-ready materials. - Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting, valuation, and capital markets concepts. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Professional communication skills and effective teamwork in fast-paced environments. - Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
