Inforce is a software development company building custom web, mobile, AI and enterprise solutions.
We're launching a new IoT direction and looking for an IoT Integration Engineer to help build connected device solutions and shape this new engineering area.
Responsibilities
- Integrate IoT devices with iOS and Android applications
- Work with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Wi-Fi and other communication protocols
- Configure, onboard and test connected devices
- Integrate SDKs and REST APIs
- Troubleshoot communication between devices, mobile apps and backend services
- Collaborate with Mobile, Backend and QA teams
- Create technical documentation and integration guides
- Evaluate new devices, SDKs and integration approaches
Requirements
- Commercial experience with IoT products or connected devices
- Good understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
- Experience integrating hardware with mobile applications
- Experience with REST APIs
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware-software communication
- Experience working with SDKs and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- English: Intermediate+ (B1+) or higher
Nice to have
- Android or iOS development experience
- React Native or Flutter
- MQTT or WebSockets
- AWS IoT, Azure IoT or Google Cloud IoT
- Basic embedded systems knowledge
- Experience working with hardware manufacturers or diagnostic tools
