We're looking for skilled Steel Fabricators to manufacture and assemble small steel constructions for modern Dutch shipyards, where quality and craftsmanship are essential. What are you going to do? As a Steel Fabricator in a Dutch shipyard, you will fabricate, assemble, and finish small steel constructions on board luxury yachts and other vessels. Working from technical drawings, you'll produce high-quality steel components while ensuring precision, safety, and craftsmanship. Your main tasks include: - Fabricating and assembling small steel constructions, supports, brackets, and foundations - TIG welding and finishing fabricated steel components on board - Measuring, cutting, fitting, and preparing steel materials according to technical drawings - Performing tack welding to position components before final welding - Using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently - Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions - Following shipyard safety procedures and quality standards What can you expect from us?
