As a junior buyer, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the tactical buyers with procurement contracts. Your main tasks include expediting contractual processes, monitoring contractual deadlines and providing administrative support to the procurement team. You will ensure timely and accurate completion of procurement contracts, where your communication skills and organizational skills are essential. You will work closely with various stakeholders, such as vendors, legal departments and project managers, to ensure the smooth running of contractual activities. In addition, you will be responsible for documenting and archiving contractual information and updating relevant systems related to contract management.
