As Line Lead at our Supply Point in Zoetermeer, you will take ownership of the line performance across the full 24-hour operation and play a key role in embedding our Integrated Work System (IWS) across the factory. You will spend a significant amount of time on the shop floor, working closely with operators, shift teams, technical colleagues and other line leads. This is a full-time hybrid role based at our Zoetermeer Supply Point. Key Responsibilities - Lead daily line performance by ensuring safe operations, strong product quality, accurate records and clear daily priorities. - Deliver operational targets on output, reliability, stops, cost and overall line performance through structured follow-up and action planning. - Drive continuous improvement by analysing losses, improving standards, reducing recurring issues and strengthening daily management systems. - Build team capability through coaching, onboarding, training and developing effective ways of working across shifts. - Create a positive working climate by encouraging ownership, collaboration, feedback and recognition within the team. - Lead the RTT (Run-to-Target) process on dedicated line and continue developing IWS standards after RTT A propos de vous You fit this role perfectly if: - You bring experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within food, FMCG, packaging or filling operations. - You enjoy leading people on the shop floor and know how to coach, motivate and develop teams. - You work in a structured way and feel confident managing daily performance, analysing root causes and driving improvements. - You have a solid technical understanding ...
