You lead property management activities across the portfolio, working closely with Asset Management and Technical Services colleagues, and you act as the primary point of contact for tenants, consultants, service providers and senior management. Key responsibilities: • Own the annual OPEX and CAPEX planning process, supporting budgeting, forecasting and cost control across the portfolio. • Oversee major CAPEX projects, technical initiatives and compliance programmes. • Manage outsourced property managers and key service providers, ensuring contractual compliance and continuous improvement. • Support the delivery of ESG initiatives and energy performance objectives, and provide oversight of incidents, insurance matters, audits and operational risk. • Lead, develop and mentor the Property Management team. Arbeidsvoorwaarden What we are looking for: • A degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related engineering discipline, combined with at least 10 years of relevant experience across all phases of property management. • Sound knowledge of M&E systems, building services and ESG strategies within the real estate industry. • Strong leadership, planning, communication and project management skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting. • Experience in logistics and commercial/office property, ideally combined with multi-country property management leadership. • Fluency in Dutch and English is required; an additional languag...
