Remote Recruitment is hiring a Marketing Analyst for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse digital and offline marketing campaign performance across all channels
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau
  • Identify trends, patterns and actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Support A/B testing, multivariate experiments and attribution modelling initiatives
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing analytics or digital analytics experience
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
  • Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
