As a Medior CDD Analyst within the Investor Administration team, you independently perform Client Due Diligence (CDD) investigations and assess integrity risks in accordance with the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft) and Sanctiewet 1977. You handle both new onboarding cases and periodic reviews, identify irregularities, and review the work of your colleagues. In addition, you act as a Transfer Agent: processing transactions, contributing to monthly fund reporting, and serving as a point of contact for fund managers and investors by phone and email. Main responsibilities: - Performing CDD/KYC investigations on participants, including a thorough risk assessment of files with increased complexity. - Performing second-level quality checks on CDD files of junior and medior colleagues, providing constructive feedback and guidance. - Processing and reviewing transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, conversions, capital calls and closings. - Contributing to the publication of fund reports, investor reports, and transaction statements. - Identifying improvement opportunities and actively contributing to product and process improvement initiatives.
