What product and team will you be working on?
Skillsta is a digital product that helps users across the globe improve their soft skills through short, interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.
You'll be part of Headway Inc's broader marketing community - 100+ people across all products - where you'll always find someone to think through a challenge with, learn from, or be inspired by.

What you'll do:
- Create advertising video creatives for the Skillsta app.
- Analyze creative performance and form hypotheses based on results.
- Brainstorm ideas together with the team.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists.
- Continuously research competitors and industry trends.
- Generate your own ideas and bring them to life - and actually influence the product.
What you need to join us:
- 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally with a background in marketing.
- Proficiency in After Effects and Figma, including experience with After Effects plugins.
- Strong understanding of timing, composition, and core animation principles.
- Experience with AI tools for content generation.
- Video editing and sound design skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to find quick, effective animation solutions.
- Ability to prioritize, manage your own time, and optimize your workflow independently.
- A team player who's open to feedback, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
