As a Quality Control Employee, you are responsible for the final inspection before products are shipped. You carefully check orders according to established procedures and ensure that products meet the required quality standards. You then prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring they arrive at the customer on time. You will be working in an environment where products often need to be processed and shipped within a single day. Therefore, it is important that you maintain a high level of accuracy, even during busy periods. Daily production targets provide direction for your work, and you know how to combine quality with an efficient work pace. Together with your colleagues, you will help ensure that production and shipping processes run smoothly. During your one- to two-week onboarding period, an experienced colleague will guide you through a buddy system, allowing you to quickly familiarize yourself with the tasks and processes.
