Partner Success Manager

Why the role exists

This is a new role focusing on our high-value partner relationships, so there's lots of scope to make it your own. We've been testing this internally to validate the vertical, and now we're looking for a more focused hire to accelerate it.

The role is designed to be the first point of contact for our most valuable merchants - and prospective merchants. The gap between 'I'm interested' and a high wallet share is where we unlock our growth. This role owns closing that gap for our highest-potential merchants.

What you'll own

A book of roughly 50-100 merchants - hotels, hostels, tour operators, dive shops, retreats across Latin America, Africa and Asia. For each one:

• Onboarding them properly, so Tab becomes the default rather than one of several payment options

• Getting them integrated with their booking system where possible - integrated merchants transact more and stay longer

• Increase wallet share by working with them to use our full range of features

• Spotting merchants going quiet and getting them back before a slow season becomes a lost account

• Expanding into second properties, sister businesses and group accounts

You'll focus on adoption and churn prevention, and will have the scope to work with our product team to ensure ideas get turned into reality.

Who we're looking for

• 2-5 years in account management or partner success in travel or hospitality - OTA supply teams, tour operator or property software, or hands-on operations at a hostel, tour company or dive centre

• You love building relationships with customers

• Fluent Spanish (for our LATAM merchants!)

• SQL - you can pull and read your own data to monitor account health, rather than waiting on an analyst

• Comfortable being the person who owns an outcome rather than working a queue

You don't need a payments background. You'll learn that here, and we'll support you on the payments side while you build that up.
