You will support Project and Program Managers by ensuring accurate reporting, financial tracking, risk and issue management, and adherence to project delivery standards. Key Responsibilities - Support project and program governance, including meeting coordination, status reporting and action tracking. - Maintain project plans, RAID logs, dashboards and project documentation. - Monitor budgets, forecasts, financial performance and resource utilization. - Prepare management reports and presentations on project progress, milestones and key metrics. - Track deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to support timely delivery. - Support compliance with internal policies, audit and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate stakeholder communication and support steering committee meetings. - Contribute to PMO process improvements and best practices. Required Skills & Experience - 3-5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management or a similar role. - Experience supporting multiple projects or programs in a structured environment. - Strong skills in planning, progress tracking, reporting and dashboarding . - Experience with budget, financial and resource management . - Knowledge of risk, issue and dependency management . - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Highly organized, accurate and detail-oriented. - Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, ServiceNow and Power BI . - Familiarity with Agile methodologies . - Experience within banking, financial services, technology, cybersecurity or regulatory change is a plus.
