In this role, you bridge the gap between abstract procedures and daily operations. - Closely monitor the handling, storage, and processing of our fresh fruit and vegetables. - Conduct regular quality, hygiene, and process audits directly in the warehouse and operational areas. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal standards. - Support and actively participate in both internal and external audits.
