Job Purpose and Impact The Raw Meat Category Lead will lead the sourcing and merchandize strategy for raw meat within the Food Service Retail segment. In this role, you will ensure supply continuity, optimize raw meat positioning and cost performance, and manage market and supply risks - while building strong supplier partnerships and aligning with customer and business requirements.
