As SHE Manager you will shape our safety policy, work with management to build a strong safety culture and make a tangible impact on the shop floor every day. Open all Your responsibilities As SHE Manager you are responsible for continuously maintaining a high level of safety, health and environmental performance at the Mora production site in Maastricht. You ensure the organisation always works with robust systems in place. You are responsible for establishing, implementing and embedding all management systems relating to environment, safety and health at the Maastricht production site, in order to comply with all internal and external requirements in these areas. You report directly to the Site Manager. You are a strategic sparring partner for the management team and visibly present on the shop floor. You translate laws and regulations into practical solutions, promote safe behaviour and actively help build a strong safety culture together with the leadership team. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensure an implemented SHE policy at the Maastricht production site with the objective of minimising workplace accidents and environmental incidents; - Advise management and operational teams on safety, health, wellbeing and environment, including CAPEX projects; - Increase safety awareness and ownership within the organisation, together with the leadership team; - Ensure correct execution of (in-depth) RI&Es, prepare an Action Plan and ensure timely implementation of actions; - Ensure compliance with Dutch and European laws and regulations, including management of all relevant environmental permits; - Coordinate contacts with regulators, certification bodies and external stakeholders; - Participate i...
