Core responsibilities - Coordinate the end-to-end planning & control cycle (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, year-end close). - Prepare and validate management reports , KPIs, and variance analyses; translate outcomes into actionable insights. - Drive continuous improvement of financial processes , internal controls, and reporting standards. - Partner with business stakeholders to challenge assumptions, support business cases, and improve performance. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of financial information across teams. - Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation of policies and procedures.
