You will work across infrastructure, automation, and developer experience, ensuring the platform is reliable, resilient, and easy for engineering teams to consume. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and collaborate closely with software teams to enhance performance, stability, and functionality across the platform. Key Responsibilities - Design platform architecture in partnership with the Platform Engineering Portfolio Owner, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. - Automate infrastructure and build self‑service tooling that reduces cognitive load for developers. - Develop and maintain Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) that streamline software delivery and improve developer experience. - Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose issues, implement improvements, and enhance platform performance. - Support continuous improvement through documentation, knowledge sharing, and platform best practices.
