(Senior) Program Manager Universal Electronics Enschede We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Program Manager for a six-month interim assignment with one of our partners, Universal Electronics, based in Enschede. Wat kun je verwachten? The (Senior) Program Manager will be focusing on projects in our fast-growing Retail Business Line, managing the remote-control product category for the global market. The Program Manager must understand and translate the (customer) requirements/ expectations into a project plan that the development team uses to develop and produce the required product. The Program Manager is accountable for planning, budget and cost control, as well as providing good quality of deliverables during the program development (KPI's). The Program Manager works in a (global) cross-functional team and operates as a respected leader. They must use excellent communication skills and leadership skills to address the diverse interests of internal and external stakeholders. The position also requires occasional travel and a "do whatever it takes" mindset.
