You will act as a trusted deputy to the Head of Regulatory Risk Oversight: thinking ahead, stepping in when needed and bringing clarity and momentum to complex topics. Your remit spans the regulatory compliance framework, regulatory reporting and committee governance. You will connect the dots across these areas, turn emerging ideas into credible proposals and translate decisions into clear, practical next steps. This role will suit someone who sees the bigger picture, asks the questions others may miss and knows how to bring people with them. You will influence through substance, timing and trust - not hierarchy. This is an opportunity to play a central role in a developing function and help shape how the bank manages regulatory and compliance risk. You will work close to senior leadership on visible topics, with genuine scope to influence both the thinking and the execution.
