You manage the team, check that everything is running smoothly and intervene if anything goes wrong. Materials, planning, line staffing - you keep everything under control. And new colleagues? You make sure they quickly feel at home and can get on well. Briefly: - Managing the packaging team (fruits & vegetables). - Ensuring products go out the door correctly and on time. - Oversee materials, staffing and process quality. - Induct new employees and motivate your team.
