THIS IS THE JOB - Built up and opening of your new store; - Responsible for sales,stock results, achieving the KPIs and monitoring the budgets; - Responsible for personnel planning and personnel policy in which recruitment, absenteeism, striving for optimal staffing and good productivity play a major role; - An example for your managers and team. You motivate, inspire and develop your team through training and coaching on 'the job'; - Responsible for monitoring the New Yorker concept and because of your commercial insight, creativity and product knowledge, the store always looks representative.
