Wat ga je doen In this role, you will be part of a leadership team of four Supervisors , jointly managing 15 Team Leaders and a large, diverse operational workforce. You will operate in a dynamic, performance-driven environment, where achieving quarterly targets is key to success. This position is ideal for someone who performs well under pressure and enjoys combining structure with flexibility . Your responsibilities - Lead, coach and support multiple Team Leaders within the warehouse - Take ownership of KPIs related to performance , productivity, quality and safety - Work in a highly automated warehouse environment - Work daily with WMS systems and WCS shuttle systems - Manage a dynamic workday: - Approximately 50% planned leadership, analysis and improvement activities - Approximately 50% ad-hoc problem solving and operational support - Rotate between four different departments (including Outbound and Returns) to build broad operational knowledge - Collaborate closely with fellow Supervisors and other stakeholders - Lead a diverse and international workforce , demonstrating strong cultural awareness Wat ga je verdienen - Gross monthly salary between €3,800 and €5,500, depending on experience - Annual performance bonus of up to 10% of the annual salary - Extensive training and development opportunities , including: - Leadership developmen...
