2. Filter for the skills, rate band, and availability that fit your project.
3. Send a brief through the platform. The talent gets a notification and your contact details.
4. Talk to them. You book and pay the talent. We do not take a cut of the project fee.
5. Optional: book through our calendar tool with hold dates and a simple agreement template.

How to be ready before launch
Browse now, save talent to your shortlist (we add the shortlist feature on June 1), and queue your brief. Profiles created before launch get featured placement during the first month, so the talent pool is densest in May.
