Insights
We track what is happening across freelance and agency hiring so the platform can put the right thing in front of the right person. The insights page captures what we learn.
What we are watching
- Where talent is concentrated: city-by-city density of freelancers in 12 bookable categories, refreshed weekly from the live profile base
- Where clients are searching: top searched city + category combinations, broken out by client geography
- Language coverage gaps: cities where demand for a language exceeds supply, surfaced to talent who could fill the gap
- Category bookability: which categories convert from search to outreach, and which sit idle
What we are not publishing today
We do not publish individual profile traffic or earnings until launch. Once Stripe is on (July 1, 2026), we plan to share aggregate market data at the city and category level, including median rates and demand trends, so freelancers can price with information rather than guess.
What we are sharing now
- The changelog tracks every shipped feature
- The roadmap tracks what is next
- City pages show the number of active venues, freelancers, and the top-converting categories in that city
- Country pages aggregate the same numbers up one level
Methodology
Numbers reported on the site come from the live Supabase Postgres database, not from sampled or synthesized data. Where we use third-party data (OpenStreetMap for venues, the underlying job boards for the Jobs & Gigs feed), we credit the source on the relevant page.
If you find a number that looks wrong or a city where the data is out of date, write to [email protected] with the URL. We fix what we hear about.
