About the role
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our growing AI-powered VPN startup. You will be responsible for building and scaling our affiliate program, developing long-term partnerships, and driving high-quality user acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
- Monitor partner performance and optimize traffic quality.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize partner results.
- Research new traffic sources and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Affiliate Manager experience specifically in the VPN industry (required).
- Proven experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, and direct partners.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tracking and reporting tools.
- Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPC, and CPI models.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
Nice to have
- Experience in Privacy, Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Subscription products.
- Existing network of affiliate partners in the VPN niche.
- Experience working with mobile apps (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of MMPs, attribution, and analytics platforms.
