As our Chef Apprentice (BBL), you will work closely with our Kitchen team, learning essential culinary techniques while supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and ready to start a career in hospitality. Responsibilities • Assist with the preparation and presentation of dishes according to recipes and quality standards • Learn and apply culinary techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs • Support the kitchen team with mise en place and daily preparation tasks • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen equipment • Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times • Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating kitchen stock correctly • Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, banqueting, and event operations as required • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment • Continuously develop culinary knowledge and practical cooking skills Essential Requirements • Enrolled in a BBL Chef programme or planning to start one • Passion for food, cooking, and hospitality • Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work • Ability to work well within a team environment • Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays •
