- Category: Identifies high-potential segments, launches and scales new categories, and drives assortment expansion to meet evolving customer

- Mall: Builds a trusted branded destination for quality-conscious users, enhancing the platform’s premium and branded shopping experience.
- Pricing: Ensures competitiveness and affordability, enabling the platform to deliver strong value for customers while maintaining marketplace
health.
- Content Commerce: Powers content-led discovery through creator ecosystems and inspiration-driven shopping journeys that drive engagement,
trust, and conversion. Together, these verticals identify whitespace opportunities, launch and scale new initiatives, and continuously optimize the user lifecycle through data-backed decisions. About the Role
As an Associate Director - Programs, you will be a senior leader responsible for one or more strategic charters that drive key business and customer outcomes. You will own end-to-end problem-solving for critical workstreams, navigating complex challenges and ensuring strong execution and operational excellence across the organization. This is a hybrid individual contributor and people-manager role. You will directly lead high-priority initiatives while managing and developing a team of Senior Managers and Managers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous strategic priorities into structured, executable programs. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong analytical depth. You will work closely with data, conduct root-cause analyses, understand underlying customer and business dynamics, and use these insights to set direction and deliver measurable outcomes.
