CMI Transformation Lead at Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland 2026-07-24 Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation based in Rotterdam, is looking for an experienced Senior Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) Transformation Lead . This is an exciting opportunity for a senior CMI professional who combines consumer insight expertise with programme and change leadership . You will play a key role in ensuring critical CMI capabilities are successfully transitioned into a future-state organisation, while also leading the consumer insight agenda for a major global brand transformation. What You'll Do Apollo Transformation (70%) Lead the separation and transition of critical CMI capabilities by: - Driving the readiness and migration of CMI data, research tools, methodologies, knowledge assets, and vendor relationships. - Leading governance, stakeholder management, risk tracking, and programme delivery. - Ensuring business continuity throughout the transformation programme.
