Salary: ALT Grade C/£14.63 per hour

Working Pattern: 0 hours casual contract - to be called upon as and when needed at short notice

About Us:

Highfield Littleport Academy is an area special school which is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. Highfield Littleport has 146 students on roll. The age range is 2 and 19 years of age and all pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans for a wide range of Special Educational Needs.

  • A strong practitioner who can support of learning needs in the classroom
  • A team player who can think creatively and demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • An excellent practitioner with a flexible approach and recognises the importance of accessing learning opportunities outside the classroom
  • An individual who has a therapeutic approach to behaviour and recognises the importance of teaching behaviour within the whole class dynamic
