For our client in Venlo, we are looking for a construction bench fitter to independently assemble components from drawings by TIG welding. The company specialises in building complex sorting machines for the food industry. They develop, design and construct these machines from A to Z. The company has built a complete new hall in 2020 due to growth. The current construction hall will also be greatly expanded in the coming years. Together with a small but close-knit team, you are responsible for the welding department. Quality over quantity applies at this company. You will mainly weld stainless steel assemblies. As all machines are customer-specific, no two jobs are the same. As a welder, you will definitely find challenges in the various projects. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to continue to develop yourself. There are opportunities to take training courses and plenty of career opportunities. What we offer: - A long-term job with a growing company in Venlo. - A salary between €3,500 and €4,000 including shift bonus. - Opportunities to develop as a Construction bench fitter / TIG welder. - Travel allowance of 23 cents per kilometre. Who are you: - You have several years of experience as a construction bench worker. - You enjoy actually building products.
