Purpose of Role The Director, Distribution and Logistics is part of the EMEA Supply Chain leadership team, leading the team responsible for Distribution Center (DH) operations, transportation, and trade compliance across all EMEA sales channels-Wholesale, Distributors, and DTC. This leadership spans four core functions: Inbound Logistics, Trade Compliance, Distribution Center, and Outbound Transportation. This role ensures these teams, in partnership with 3PLs and through integrated ways of working, consistently deliver quality, cost, service, and strategic priorities. Success is measured not only by KPI performance, but by the ability to set and deliver ambitious goals, build a high-performing organization, and strengthen enterprise ways of working.
