If you have a builder's mindset, a flexible approach to challenges, and the hunger to be part of something memorable — this is your moment. <h1>Requirements</h1> <h3>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</h3> <ul> <li>2-5 Years of experience in Enterprise New Business B2B sales, with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS or technology sales - ideally with some prior experience in integration, automation and/or workflow applications.</li> <li>Experience building and executing outbound prospecting campaigns alongside marketing, SDR, partner and pre-sales.</li> <li>Have worked successfully with business partners and know how to build strong lasting relationships with our SI & VAR ecosystem.</li> <li>Demonstrate tenacity, grit, and resilience when faced with adverse conditions.</li> <li>You have experience handling and owning relationships with customers at CTO, CIO, Enterprise Architect whilst also engaging with business stakeholders.</li> <li>Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets</li> </ul> <h3>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</h3> <ul> <li>You are an enthusiastic, energetic team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment</li> <li>You are known for your strong work ethic and hunter mentality</li> <li>You desire to build something new that can change the world, versus fitting neatly into a large company with an established static playbook</li> <li>You are a competitor with a thirst for success and a can-do attitude</li> <li>You enjoy problem solving and can demonstrate an ability to develop creative ideas to address new opportunities or challenges you face</li> <li>You will be naturally good at managing your time and balancing a number of conflicting priorities</li> <li>You will have a strong morale compass and apply your values to the way we conduct business with new prospects and existing clients</li> </ul>
