Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the monthly financial close

  • Prepare and post accrual, prepayment, payroll, capex, revenue, and FX entries, among others

  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for review

    • Cash, AR, AP, fixed assets, other payables and receivables, equity

  • Assist with tax compliance, indirect tax (e.g., VAT/sales tax) returns, and regulatory filings across jurisdictions

  • Maintain and enhance the general ledger and chart of accounts

Requirements

  • CPA (or equivalent)

  • Audit background

  • 2-5 years of post-qualification experience

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including U.S. GAAP (IFRS exposure is a plus)

  • Experience with month-end close and financial reporting

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, capital-intensive environment

  • Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in infrastructure, energy, or data center environments

  • Exposure to multi-entity, international accounting environments

  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment

What Makes This Role Different

  • High ownership: Direct exposure to senior leadership

  • Low bureaucracy: Fast decision-making and clear accountability
