Role Overview
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking Fitbit users, helping them get the most out of their health and wellness journey through expert guidance, empathetic support, and in-depth product knowledge.
What You Will Do
Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to fitness tracking, health monitoring features, and device functionality.
