We're building a new Demand Planning Centerof Excellence to strengthen forecasting capabilities across Nutreco's global operations. As one of the first hires in this team, you'll help shape forecasting standards, drive data-driven decision-making, and improve forecast performance across a diverse global portfolio. What You'll Do You will play a key role in developing and maintaining statistical forecasting capabilities for Nutreco's global businesses. Leveraging advanced analytics, forecasting models, and data-driven insights, you will help improve forecast accuracy while supporting our broader supply chain transformation agenda. You will: - Own and continuously improve the statistical forecast for your portfolio by reviewing system-generated outputs, resolving exceptions, and collaborating closely with OpCo teams, CoE , and external partners to ensure accuracy and reliability across the full planning horizon - Build trust and adoption of statistical forecasts by clearly communicating insights to OpCo stakeholders and minimizing unnecessary overrides - Leverage data-driven insights to strengthen forecasting accuracy and efficiency within Infor Demand Forecasting tool. - Identify demand drivers and explore external data sources that can enhance forecasting quality and business insights. - Own and continuously r...
