What will you do? - Lead the Groupage Team and inspire your colleagues to continuously improve and perform at their best. - Optimise our European network, linehaul operations and vehicle load factors. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and international partners. - Monitor and drive KPIs such as on-time delivery performance, quality and customer satisfaction. - Translate data and analyses into tangible improvements and increased profitability.
