As independent chef, you are partly responsible for the daily operations and progress in the kitchen. In addition, you are partly responsible for supervising the (professional) preparation of dishes according to our recipes. You provide input and are creative with regard to the composition and changes of menus, recipes and methods. All this on the instructions of the Head chef.
