Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance / Quality Engineer
• Hands-on test automation expertise with Selenium (POM), C#, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Experience in cloud-native applications and microservice architectures
• Solid grasp of modern QE methodologies including shift-left testing and automation-first approaches
• Proven ability to mentor QA teams and drive quality practices in Agile, distributed environments
• Fluency in English (B2 level or above)
• Availability for a hybrid model (3 days per week in Lisbon)
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit

Nice to have

• Azure DevOps experience (preferred for CI/CD pipelines)
