You pay close attention to quality, innovation, and cost reduction, and you maintain all quality and safety regulations. On a typical day, you optimize production processes, coach employees, and participate in improvement projects. You handle onboarding for new colleagues, lead team meetings and performance reviews, and supervise food safety. Identifying and solving bottlenecks and achieving production targets are part of your daily routine. You work in two shifts: from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
