PSP manager/ Billing Manager / Payments Business Developer manager/

We are a performance-driven affiliate and D2C & E-commerce company operating across multiple verticals, including subscription-based products and one-time purchase e-commerce models.

We work internationally with a strong EU and US market, focus and actively scale payment infrastructure across multiple GEOs.

About the Role

We are looking for a PSP Manager who will take full ownership of payment operations and provider relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and onboarding new payment service providers
• Managing relationships with acquirers and processors
• Negotiating fees, rolling reserves, and contract terms
• Preparation of the company's verification process ( gathering financial statistics, and company documents (including KYC and KYB)
• Improving approval rates and reducing payment declines
• Monitoring and managing chargeback ratios
• Optimizing 3DS flows and fraud settings
• Working with cascading and routing logic
• Coordinating with tech and finance teams
• Scaling processing capacity across different GEOs

Requirements

• Proven experience with PSPs and payment processing
• Experience with subscription or one-time purchase models
• Strong understanding of approval rate optimization
• Experience managing chargebacks
• Strong negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently

Strong Plus

• Experience working with EU/US acquirers
• Understanding of BIN routing and cascading
• Experience managing multiple MIDs
• Familiarity with international payment flows
