Through the Reservations Department, the journey of our guests already starts; they get to know our hotel for the first time (personally) through our enthusiastic Agents, making them feel welcome and knowing they are at the right place. Our Agents are not only pleasant to communicate with but also have a lot of knowledge and organizational skills! They take care of the guests at all Conscious hotels & Hotel V locations; they answer their questions, help to make the best hotel reservations and are happy to arrange any extra requests. But did you know that they also organize the groups to perfection before handing over the baton to operations? And often in combination with each other?
