We are looking for a strong Rust developer to join our trading technology team and build high-performance systems for market making and liquidity provision. You will design, implement, and optimize low-latency components that power our automated market-making strategies across crypto, FX, or traditional markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement low-latency market-making engines and liquidity provision logic in Rust
  • Build and optimize order management, risk checks, inventory management, and quoting systems
  • Develop high-performance connectivity to exchanges (REST, WebSocket, FIX, or proprietary protocols)
  • Work on real-time data pipelines, market data handlers, and state management
  • Profile and optimize for latency, throughput, and memory usage
  • Collaborate with quant researchers and traders to productionize strategies
  • Improve reliability, observability, and fault tolerance of the trading stack
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement of the codebase

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Rust (ownership, async, concurrency, unsafe when justified, performance-critical code)
  • Experience building low-latency or high-throughput systems (trading, HFT, market making, or similar domains preferred)
  • Solid understanding of market microstructure, order books, market making, and liquidity provision concepts
  • Experience with networking (TCP, WebSockets, FIX) and binary protocols
  • Familiarity with concurrency primitives, lock-free structures, and performance profiling tools
  • Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, systems programming)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production trading environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in market making, prop trading, or crypto/DeFi liquidity provision
  • Knowledge of exchange APIs (CEX or DEX)
  • Experience with time-series data, order book reconstruction, or simulation frameworks
  • Familiarity with risk management systems or position/inventory controls
  • Exposure to C++ or other systems languages (helpful for interop or legacy systems)
  • Experience with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation + performance-based upside
  • Opportunity to work on production market-making systems with real impact
  • High-ownership role with direct influence on architecture and performance
  • Collaborative team of engineers, quants, and traders
  • Flexible remote/hybrid work
