In this role, y</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">ou will also be responsible to:</span></p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the migration of sales enablement content from Highspot to Seismic, including uploads, organization, QA, cleanup, and validation of assets.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and maintain Seismic content structures, including libraries, folders, SmartPages, metadata, tagging frameworks, and role-based content experiences.</p> </li> <li> <p>Apply and manage metadata, naming conventions, taxonomy standards, and governance processes to improve searchability, discoverability, and content hygiene.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner cross-functionally with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, current, aligned to business priorities, and properly maintained throughout its lifecycle.</p> </li> <li> <p>Execute ongoing content governance activities, including review cycles, archive/deprecation workflows, duplicate cleanup, permissions management, and ownership tracking.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support ongoing Highspot administration during the transition period, including content/course updates, tagging, uploads, and ad hoc field requests.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with reporting, migration tracking, governance documentation, and operational support related to enablement content management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support basic video editing and clipping for Sales Sizzle sessions, enablement communications, and learning/course content.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help organize and prepare training materials and learning assets for migration into Seismic Learning.</p> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Seismic (preferred) or Highspot</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of:</p> </li> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Content taxonomy and structure</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Metadata and tagging strategies</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Content governance models</strong></p> </li> </ul> <li> <p>Experience supporting <strong>content audits and migration projects</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with <strong>sales content types</strong> (pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, etc.)</p> </li> <li> <p>Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience working with <strong>Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations teams</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with <strong>content management best practices in enablement platforms</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, PMM, and Sales teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with Sales Enablement platforms (Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, etc.)</p> </li> </ul> <p>The pay for this contract role ranges from $75 to $95 p/h.</p> <p><strong>(REQ ID: 2799)</strong></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><strong>#LI-NJ1</strong></span></p>
