Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.
Architect seamless integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that drive business success.
Provide expert guidance, training, and support to end-users, empowering them to maximize the value of Salesforce.

Main requirements

Extensive Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) or CRM implementation experience, with a proven track record of success.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others, with hands-on experience in at least two large-scale, full life-cycle implementations.
Strategic Vision: Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc.) and the ability to architect solutions that align with business goals.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex scenarios with a structured approach.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
